1907 Craftsman

We expanded this lovely, but eccentric 1907 brown shingle Craftsman with a 1000 square ft. of new living space while retaining the original character of its beautiful natural redwood interior trim and period details. The project included foundations, drainage, structural support, a new kitchen/pantry/family room; master suite with office; and a laundry with storage in a newly defined basement.
