Hall-Field Residence

After suffering heavy flood damage in 2005, we managed the design and construction of this San Anslemo Creek-side residence, including lifting the house 3’ to mitigate the risk of future flood damage; adding a large skylight, a new kitchen, storage areas, front and back porches; plus rebuilding  a new fireplace, two full bathrooms, and a home office.

We live in a house we treasure because we hired Cindy Goefft to work with us to repair our old tear down of a house nine years ago following a flood. Cindy Goefft’s bullseye of skills means that detail by detail, living in our house is a joy for every member of our family. Because of her architectural sensibilities and skills, she worked with us and our contractor, Dan Hennessy and his crew, and a host of other sub contractors and suppliers, from the architectural drawings through the selection of knobs. With Cindy’s guidance, we structurally fortified and updated the structure, foundation, floors, windows, doors, kitchen, dining room, living room, three bathrooms, front and back porches and all plumbing, electrical, and heating.
Ask anyone, our home welcomes all who enter with warmth and beauty. We love every cabinet, fixture, drawer, tile and doorknob. And our home is as structurally solid as it can be now, though constructed over 90 years of eras. Choosing Cindy Goefft to work with us was, and is, a fantastic decision. Thank you Cindy.
